Refurbishment and fit out of a Grade II* Listed building on Eaton Square, including creation of a new basement. Works included extremely ornate finishes and complex services installations.

The design of the internal finishes were completed by our in house architectural technicians who were based on site, meaning that the works progressed as quickly as possible upon receipt of the concept design. Works were completed in September 2016.
