Works to this privately owned country house consist of the refurbishment of an existing grade 2 listed building, with a large new wing extension built from Portland limestone and handmade facing brickwork to match the existing.

There is also a large basement extension with swimming pool, cinema and spa. The building is located on a large country estate and is surrounded by a medieval moat with a number of new bridges as the only access to the house.

We were appointed following a 2 Stage negotiated procurement route, which allowed us to start on site much earlier than would ordinarily have been possible and to then focus all of our efforts on achieving the highest possible quality and value for money in each area of the project.
